The project
SHESTART aims to explore the potentialities of social and inclusive business as a way for inclusion of young migrant woman in or at risk. Therefore, the project aims to co-create a training/mentoring program for vulnerable woman focused on encouraging, empowering, and equipping young women in or at risk of prostitution and/or domestic violence with skills & tools to overcome their past, rise & restart successfully.

About SHESTART

The general objective of SHESTART is to explore the potentialities of social & inclusive business as a way for inclusion of young migrant women in or at risk. Specifically, the project aims to co-create a training/mentoring program for vulnerable women focused on encouraging, empowering, and equipping young women in or at risk of prostitution and/or domestic violence with skills & tools to overcome their past, rise & restart successfully. Further, to facilitate acquisition of key competences of youth workers/staff.  

The objective will be reached through following activities:  

  • 1 International Train-the-Trainer Course
  • 2 National Workshop-Series for young, marginalized women aged 18-30 years  
  • 1 Toolkit in 4 languages
  • 4 Webinars with youth workers from external organizations 
  • 1 Evaluation, Impact Assessment & Sustainability Plan 
  • 1 Final Hybrid Conference
